Return Process
Once we receive your return or refund request, we will process it within 1-2 business days. A return authorization from Beri Crush Vape is required before you can return an item. Please note that we may ask for feedback about the product to ensure we’re addressing your concerns properly.
Non-Defective Returns
For non-defective returns, please note the following:

Product Inspection

Opened Products: For opened products, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
While we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your package, Beri Crush Vape cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at support@bericrushvape.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses
If your package is returned to us due to an address error, being marked as "unclaimed," or being deemed undeliverable by the carrier, please notify us via email. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your return and issue a refund. A 25% restocking fee may apply for orders that received free shipping.
